"Smooth checkout and instant confirmation"
I bought the New York Pass and the whole checkout process was really straightforward, which was reassuring. The page was clear, payment went through quickly, and there weren’t loads of extra steps or confusing pop-ups making me second-guess anything. "Skipping the line actually worked??"
It worked well. There weren’t many lines to begin with, so I’m not totally sure how much time we saved?? But it was easy to use and still felt worth it

"Works well, but plan your first scan carefully"
The pass worked fine for us once we scanned it the first time, and we didn’t have any trouble getting into the places we wanted to visit. Just a heads up for anyone planning to use it: the timing rules can be a little annoying. It starts counting from your first use, but it goes by calendar days instead of 24-hour periods. So if you scan it for the first time late in the afternoon or evening, that basically counts as a whole day. My advice would be to activate it early in the day if you can, and map out your stops a bit ahead of time so you get the most out of it.

"Pretty good list, not gonna lie"
Not gonna lie, the attractions listed were decent, but the selection felt a bit limited. I was hoping to see a few more of my favorites included.

"So many things were included"
I didn’t expect it to be this easy to use, but it was. We had it pulled up on my phone while walking around, and even though I’d barely had coffee that morning, everything was straightforward. A lot of attractions were included too, so it felt like we got a good amount out of it without having to overthink the whole day.

"Made things super simple"
Using the pass was so easy. I just kept it on my phone and showed it at each place we visited, and they scanned it right away. No printing, no digging through emails, no awkward explaining at the counter. I even had it ready while holding a coffee in one hand and trying to keep up with our group, and it still took like two seconds. It made getting into the attractions feel way less stressful.

We used the New York Pass for 3 days, i don’t get why some people act like it’s not worth it. We saved quite a bit compared to paying for each attraction separately, and it was just way more convenient. Obviously you need to plan your days a little and not just wander around expecting magic, but if you do that, it’s definitely worth it.

"So much easier than buying tickets every time"
We used the New York Pass for a few days it just made things way less annoying. Like, we didn’t have to stop and figure out ticket prices or buy separate tickets at every place. We’d just show the pass and go in, which was kind of perfect when you’re trying to fit in a bunch of sights. If you’re planning to do a lot in one trip, yeah, it’s really handy.

I used the New York Pass for 3 days, the QR code worked well most of the time. I was half expecting it to be a hassle, but most places scanned it straight from my phone really quickly, so I didn’t have to bother printing anything.
There was one attraction where it took a couple of tries to scan, which was a bit annoying, but the staff handled it and got me through. I wouldn’t say it was perfect, but overall it was a smooth experience. Just make sure your screen brightness is turned up.

We used the New York Pass for the hop-on hop-off bus and it made getting around so much easier. We got on near Times Square, hopped off whenever something caught our eye, and didn’t have to do nearly as much walking. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I’d definitely use it again next time I’m in New York.

"Made our first NYC trip a lot easier"
We used the New York Pass on our first trip to the city it took a lot of the stress out of planning. The confirmation emails and receipts were easy to keep track of, which helped when we were hopping between places. We ended up doing the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, a boat tour, and a few museums without having to think too much about buying separate tickets. It’s a good option if you want to see the big sights and not plan every little detail.

Everything was laid out clearly up front, which I really appreciated. I did not run into any hidden fees, and the exclusions were easy enough to understand. The only extra things I paid for were food, tips, and a few things that were not included anyway

"The app made our New York trip so much easier"
I ended up using the New York Pass app pretty much the entire trip, it made things way less stressful. We’d be out walking around, decide what we wanted to do next, and I could just pull up the tickets right away without digging through emails or worrying about printing anything. The directions were easy to find too, which helped a lot when we were bouncing between places. It just saved us a bunch of time and hassle, and made the whole trip feel a lot smoother

I had a small issue with my New York Pass booking and wasn’t expecting a lot when I sent the message. I wasn’t totally sure how good the support would be, since these kinds of services can be hit or miss.
But they replied quickly and explained everything in a simple way. It didn’t feel like some generic copied answer, which made me feel a bit better about it.
The problem was fixed the same day, so I can’t really complain. I still had a little doubt at the start, but the experience ended up being solid for me.
